THE LAST
100 DAYS

You probably don't need a new year.

YOU NEED A DECISION.

There are 100 days left in 2026. Enough time to stop drifting, decide what actually matters, and start moving before January 1 ever gets here.

Free to join. But don't confuse free with easy.

The clock is already running

The clock is already running.

What will you do with what's left?

Let's start with what you already know

There is probably something in your life that deserves more attention than you've been giving it.

Maybe you already know exactly what it is. Maybe you don't. Either way, answer three questions:

  1. 1

What did you say you were going to do this year?

  2. 2

    What still hasn't happened?

  3. 3

What will you regret carrying unchanged into 2027?

If something immediately came to mind…

Good. That's probably where we should start.

Maybe the problem isn't what you think

Maybe you don't need more motivation.

  • Another planner.
  • Another book.
  • Another podcast.
  • Another motivational speech.
  • Another list of goals.

Maybe none of those are actually the problem. Because chances are…

YOU ALREADY KNOW SOME OF WHAT YOU NEED TO DO.

Maybe you've been telling yourself:

  • “I just need to get motivated again.”
  • “I'm too busy right now.”
  • “Once things settle down…”
  • “After the holidays…”
  • “I'll start January 1.”

But what if the problem isn't that you don't care? What if you didn't make some big decision to abandon what matters? What if you simply drifted?

  • One busy week became another.
  • Something urgent replaced something important.
  • A distraction became a routine.
  • A small delay became several months.
  • “Tomorrow” quietly became “someday.”

You didn't necessarily quit.

YOU JUST DRIFTED.

And you don't have to wait until January to change direction.

Change the picture

What if January 1 wasn't your starting line?

Imagine waking up January 1, 2027. The calendar changes. But this time, instead of saying:

“This year I'm going to…”

you get to say:

“I'VE ALREADY STARTED.”

Maybe you haven't completely transformed your health.

But you've spent 100 days taking better care of it.

Maybe every financial problem isn't solved.

But you've spent 100 days bringing order to your finances.

Maybe your relationship with God isn't everything you want it to be.

But you've spent 100 days intentionally pursuing Him.

Maybe the business isn't built.

But you've spent 100 days building it.

Maybe the book isn't finished.

But the words are finally being written.

Maybe your family isn't perfect.

But you've spent 100 days becoming more intentional with them.

You haven't arrived. But you're not standing where you are today.

The goal isn't to completely reinvent your life before December 31. It's to arrive at January 1 with something most New Year's resolutions don't have:

MOMENTUM.

The big idea

100 days isn't enough time to do everything.

But it's more than enough time to change direction.

That's the idea behind The Last 100 Days. Not perfection. Not hustle. Not trying to fix every area of your life simultaneously. And certainly not 100 days of feeling guilty every time you fall short.

Instead, we're asking one simple question:

IF I FOCUSED ON
FOR THE NEXT 100 DAYS,
WHAT COULD BECOME POSSIBLE?

  • Maybe you need to begin something.
  • Maybe you need to finish something.
  • Maybe you need to rebuild something.
  • Maybe you simply need to become intentional again.

The goal isn't everything.

THE GOAL IS WHAT MATTERS.

Why this matters

This is bigger than productivity.

God has entrusted every one of us with something.

TIMETALENTSRELATIONSHIPSRESOURCESOPPORTUNITIESINFLUENCEHEALTHFAMILYWORKGIFTSMINISTRYCALLING

Whatever God has placed in your hands deserves intentional stewardship. Not perfection. Not legalism. Not obsession.

BUT CERTAINLY NOT CASUALNESS.

Maybe you're building something new. Maybe you're rebuilding something you've neglected. Maybe you're tending something God has already given you.

The question isn't: “How can I accomplish everything?” The better question is:

WHAT HAS GOD PLACED IN MY HANDS THAT DESERVES GREATER INTENTIONALITY RIGHT NOW?

That's where your 100 days begin.

The invitation

So here's the game I'm playing.

From September 23 through December 31, I'm giving myself 100 days.

  • 100 days to identify what matters.
  • 100 days to interrupt some drift.
  • 100 days to establish better rhythms.
  • 100 days to become more intentional.
  • 100 days to make meaningful progress.

And I'm inviting you to play along.

THE LAST 100 DAYS

is an online challenge built around a simple idea:

DECIDE WHAT MATTERS.

GIVE IT YOUR ATTENTION.

KEEP MOVING.

You choose what your 100 days need to be about. We're creating an environment designed to help you follow through.

What happens when you join?

You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Joining gives you access to an online environment built around:

CLARITY

Identify what actually deserves your attention instead of trying to change everything at once.

COURSES

Practical teaching designed to help move you from intention toward action.

COMMUNITY

Surround yourself with other people who have decided these 100 days matter.

COACHING

Conversations designed to help you think, get unstuck, establish priorities, and keep moving.

This isn't about someone else doing the work for you.

IT'S ABOUT PUTTING YOURSELF IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT HELPS YOU DO THE WORK.

Objection: “I don't even know what my 100 days should be about.”

That's okay.

YOU DON'T NEED THE PERFECT GOAL BEFORE YOU JOIN.

Finding clarity may be part of your first assignment.

  • Maybe it's your walk with Christ.
  • Your health.
  • Your marriage.
  • Your family.
  • Your finances.
  • Your career.
  • A business.
  • A ministry.
  • A project you've been postponing.

Or maybe you can't name it yet. You don't need all the answers. You need enough willingness to start asking the right questions.

Objection: “I've tried things like this before.”

Maybe you always start strong. Then life happens. You miss a few days. The excitement wears off. And eventually you find yourself wondering:

“Why would this time be any different?”

That's a fair question. But consider another one:

WHAT IF YOUR HISTORY OF TRYING ISN'T PROOF THAT YOU SHOULD STOP TRYING?

What if it's proof that this actually matters to you? People don't repeatedly attempt things they don't care about.

Maybe you've disappointed yourself before. Maybe you've quit before. Maybe you've drifted before.

That doesn't require you to drift today.

You don't have to promise that you'll be perfect for 100 days.

Your previous 100 days don't get to determine your next 100.

Objection: “I'm already too busy.”

Maybe. But this challenge isn't asking you to add 100 new things to your life.

Maybe the real question is:

WHAT NEEDS TO RECEIVE LESS ATTENTION SO SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT CAN RECEIVE MORE?

Every yes costs something.

Which brings us to something important.

The real cost

The Last 100 Days is free to join.

But change isn't free.

There is no financial price to participate. But don't confuse that with there being no cost. It may cost you:

COMFORT.DISTRACTIONS.EXCUSES.CONVENIENCE.OLD HABITS.WASTED TIME.

Maybe a few mornings. Maybe a few evenings. Maybe saying no to something you've become accustomed to saying yes to.

Because eventually you have to answer:

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU SAY MATTERS TO YOU?

But there's another question:

WHAT IS STAYING THE SAME ALREADY COSTING YOU?

What does another year of drift cost? Another year of postponing? Another year of “someday”?

There is a price for change. There is also a price for staying where you are.

Qualification

This probably isn't for everyone.

And that's okay.

  • If you're looking for someone else to change your life, this probably isn't for you.
  • If you're looking for another course to consume without implementing anything, this probably isn't for you.
  • If you want motivation without responsibility, this probably isn't for you.
  • If you're waiting for perfect circumstances, you may be waiting a long time.

But if there's something inside you saying:

  • “I know something needs to change.”
  • “I know something deserves my attention.”
  • “I may not know exactly how yet…”
  • “…but I'm ready to do something about it.”

Then come play the game with us.

Final decision

100 days from now…

January 1 will arrive. It doesn't need your permission. It isn't waiting for you to get ready. The days between here and there are going to pass either way.

So perhaps the question isn't: “Do I have time?” You already have the time. The question is:

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH IT?

Now imagine January 1. You look back over these 100 days. You didn't do everything. You weren't perfect. You had good days. You had difficult days. You probably got distracted a few times.

But you kept coming back. And somewhere along the way… something changed.

Not because January came.

BECAUSE YOU DECIDED NOT TO WAIT FOR IT.

YOU DON'T NEED A NEW YEAR TO MAKE A NEW DECISION.

The clock is already running.

LET'S MAKE THESE 100 DAYS COUNT.
